Welcome to El Dorado County! I do hope you find information here that will help you to find a home in the Placerville area.
I help buyers find the perfect home in several ways. First, I've added area information to my website so you can see the different communities of Diamond Springs, El Dorado, Camino, Shingle Springs, Rescue, Cameron Park, and more. Each of these different areas add to the wonderful flavor of our county. Once you get an idea of the county's geography, I help you narrow down where in the county would work best for you, based on commute needs, terrain preferences, climate preferences, etc. I can also recommend local lenders that will make your search much easier than dealing with distant or internet lenders because they understand the local market better and can smooth out your transaction.
Once we know what part of the county you'd like to live and what your price range is, I can begin sending you listings by email. I pride myself on giving personal service and being proactive in helping you with your home search.
